BLYTH ROAD SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT
Added on Monday 27 November
REPORTING TOOLS FOR NOXIOUS SMELLS EMANATING FROM THE BLYTH ROAD SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT

Anglian Water has set up a dedicated e-mail address for residents wishing to report concerns regarding smells, and any other sewage issues in Southwold and Reydon.

Please e-mail: southwold@anglianwater.co.uk with a brief description of any incident where you experience unpleasant odours.

It is essential to give an exact location, time and date of the problem as Anglian Water claims that it is trying to gather information so that the nature and location of problems is identified; precision therefore matters.

It would, also, be helpful were you, at the same time, prepared to send a copy to the Environment Agency since it issues licences to sewage works.

{Please note there is an underscore( _ )between the words Incident and Communication and between Communication and Service. A cut and paste of the address from here should eliminate any problems arising from the e-mail address}
