Incursion in Walberswick

A group of ten or so intrudres were seen carrying sticks in Walberswick yesterday evening and audaciously having its picture taken around the village sign.

At first it was unclear what was happening, but apparently the group had, after crossing the River Blyth with the collusion of a ferryman, strayed from its task of Beating the Bounds of the neighbouring parish of Southwold and ventured by stealth on to the village green.

More to follow, by way of explanation and apology(?), perhaps.
