Hastoe has been working with Southwold Town Council, East Suffolk District Council and Suffolk Council Council on a proposal to build 14 new homes on the former fire station site in Southwold.
The development will offer a number of 1 and 2 bedroom flats and houses for rent and shared ownership, and priority will be given to people from the parish or those with a strong local connection. The site has been made available to Hastoe by a local landowner.
