Drop-in session planned for new Southwold development – 6th September 2022 Midday – 2pm.
Plans for the new flexible workspace development in Southwold can be seen at a drop-in event.
Representatives from NORR the architects, construction team Mixbrow, and the future operators MENTA, will be available for interested parties to speak with on Tuesday, September 6, from Midday – 2 pm at the town hall.
Questions about construction and operations will be answered, and information shared about the new opportunities that will become available along with the associated training and business advice.
The project will see Station Yard on the corner of Station Road and Blyth Road transformed into a multi-purpose building, providing employment space and professional support and training for businesses in the town.
It will be open to individuals and start-up businesses, and to those expanding further, who wish to be part of a business community, to share space, network, and collaborate.
There will be opportunities for co-working and tenancies that are both permanent and virtual.
Mixbrow Construction has been awarded the building contract, while the day-to-day operation of the facility will be run by MENTA, which supports small and medium sized businesses (SMEs) across Norfolk and Suffolk with business help, support, advice and training.
